Tom Hall

Final year MChem project student 2012-2013 /

PhD student October 2013-

Tom's project is on the subject of tethered ruthenium catalysts for asymmetric transfer hydrogenation, and in particular:

  • Development of functionalised tethered catalysts that can be modified with a variety of groups, eg supporting onto a solid phase
  • Extending the substrate scope of existing commercially available ATH catalysts to new and challenging substrates

Tom's project is funded by an EPSRC departmental studentship.
