Student Ambassador Scheme (UG)

We are looking for enthusiastic undergraduate students to become student ambassadors to support student recruitment and outreach activities. If you are interested in encouraging others to apply for Engineering at Warwick then this might be the job for you!

Here are some examples of the things student ambassadors will be involved in:

  • Working at Open Days: giving tours of the School of Engineering, answering questions and demonstrating work
  • Helping new students to settle into life at Warwick during Welcome Week
  • Giving tours of the School of Engineering to individual applicants
  • Taking part in online student recruitment events such as virtual Open Days, Live Chats and presentations to school groups
  • Assisting with outreach programmes

The deadline for applications is midnight on Friday 24 October 2025. All shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a selection centre on the afternoon of Wednesday 26 November 2025.

Please note that applications are very competitive and there are usually many more applications than roles available. We would advise you to read the person specification in the job description carefully. We will not be able to accept any applications received after the deadline.

  • £14.12/hour pay through Unitemps (£12.60/hour plus £1.52/hour holiday pay) (subject to change as per Unitemps pay/conditions)
