To date we have developed and mapped 384 public domain Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in
Brassica oleracea.
The SNPs have been mapped in the AGDH and TBDH mapping populations and provide a robust degree of linkage between them (Table 1).

The map positions of these SNPs will be provided as soon as we have finalised the genetic maps for publication.
Additional SNPs have also been identified and are in the SNP assay design process.
