Hi! I'm a first year PhD student, under the supervision of Adam Thomas and Gareth Tracey. My main interests are in group theory, and specifically the generation of finite groups. I'm currently working on bounding the number of generators of the maximal subgroups of finite almost simple groups.

Education

I completed my MMath degree at the University of Warwick. My research project was on the 2-generation of finite simple groups, supervised by Adam Thomas.
