Dear all,

The next meeting of the Technology Enhanced Learning Forum takes place on the 10th February 2pm-4pm (in the Teaching Grid) and is part of the Extended Classroom Fortnight that's taking place across the University. (Find out more about the Extended Classroom Fortnight here: www.warwick.ac.uk/extendedclassroom.)

Therefore we're going to take a slightly different format to this meeting of the Forum (thank you to those of you who have volunteered to speak recently I'll come back to you for the April meeting.) We'll start with an introduction to the Extended Classroom project that is being supported by the Higher Education Academy. We'll then move on to working on individual and then shared perspectives on what the extended classroom is, how it's working and how we can support others to adopt aspects of the Extended Classroom. During the session we hope to create starting points for a variety of resources, including case studies on use of the extended classroom approach or technologies for academic practice.

Sign up to attend the forum here: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/ldc/telforum/meetings/signup/

Building on the outputs from this session, and discussions at the previous forums, there's also a lunchtime session on Friday 13th February 12-2pm where you can come to the Teaching Grid and create a Mahara page for our Technologies for Academic Practice pages: http://mahara.warwick.ac.uk/view/view.php?id=16246
If you'd like to come along to the lunchtime session on the 13th please let us know here: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/ldc/telforum/meetings/tap

Best wishes,
Emma
