The next Language and Learning Group seminar will be held at 15:00 on Wednesday the 3rd of February. Thomas Hills will be presenting a talk entitled “Van Gogh: His Life in Letters and Art”.

Thomas will discuss an ongoing project on the life and work of Van Gogh. This project involves natural language approaches taken to his letters as well as human and algorithmic evaluations of his paintings. The goal is to combine these together to provide some new insights into his life and work. The project is still under construction and Thomas would appreciate some constructive feedback.

The slot starts five minutes early to give us time to set everything up, but should start at 15:00. Looking forward to seeing you there!
