Athena Swan survey 2020

The Psychology Department are due to renew its Athena Swan Bronze Award in November 2020. The BPS strongly encourage holding the Award and it is a requirement to apply for certain funding.

The Athena Swan Working Group aim to spread the load of compiling the application, but need the support of the whole Department if they are to apply for a Silver Award this time.

This Survey has been devised as a quick way to supply (anonymous) qualitative data to evidence progress against the last Action Plan and look for ideas for the new submission.

Completing the survey should take 20 minutes

and we are aiming for 100% participation!

Section 1: Recruitment of academics to Senior Posts
