Positive Psychology, Individual Differences, Intervention Development, Cognitive Flexibility, Mixed Methods.

I’m interested in behavioural differences, particularly cognitive flexibility, associated with positive individual differences and character strengths, and the development of interventions grounded in positive psychology.
