Research Interests

I am a PhD student in Psychology, supervised by Drs Elisabeth Blagrove and Derrick Watson. The aim of my research to explore the behavioural and cognitive impact of individual differences, namely character strengths such as hope and gratitude. I am especially interested in the role character strengths may play in adaptive abilities; for example, do particular character strengths enhance performance in tasks like foraging and search?
