IASP bursary award

European 'Insomnia treatment for preventing cardiovascular diseases and mental disorders', symposium in Hannover, Germany
A highly informative meeting, gathering a number of insomnia researchers across Europe. Dr Tang presented her work on sleep and wellbeing in university students and new parents. Arman Rakhimov as a early career researcher presented his PhD project on self-compassion and sleep.
