The first of two IAS-funded WISH research network meetings took place on 25th Feb at Warwick. It was a productive meeting with lots and lots of research ideas going forward.

A highly informative meeting, gathering a number of insomnia researchers across Europe. Dr Tang presented her work on sleep and wellbeing in university students and new parents. Arman Rakhimov as a early career researcher presented his PhD project on self-compassion and sleep.

Dr. Tang gave a workshop on cognitive therapy for chronic pain at the Charlie Waller Institute of the University of Reading.
