The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided on this online registration form for the purpose(s) of administering and facilitating your attendance at the Mardia Event 2024 on 27th and 28th June 2024.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract and also consent (consent - in relation to dietary and disability requirements).  You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting l.nichols@warwick.ac.uk.  However, if you do so then we will not be able to cater or provide for the above.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of six months after the event has taken place.

We will keep your personal data for up to 6 months.
