  1. This is the question regarding prisoners trilemma. In the solution, using domination we have gotten rid of both column and row C. However, column and row S are dominated by column and row B. If we get rid of them, we’re just left with columns B and C and rows B and C. This leaves us with a matrix containing only (4,4). Would this solution be incorrect? If so why?

     
  2. I believe that that would be the correct answer (B,B), as this is the result of the domination argument (which is also stated in the mark scheme). Hence, no need to look at mixed strategies. May be wrong but would be interesting if any one else thinks different..
