The Warwick RSE Summer Meeting will be a full day event in an "unconf" format, as outlined below.

10:00 - 11:00 Warwick RSEs Forum - Share news and discuss plans for collaborative working sessions.

11:00 - 11:30 Coffee

11:30 - 12:30 Collaborative Session 1 - Work in small groups on activities supporting RSE at Warwick

12:30 - 13:30 Lunch

13:30 - 14:30 Collaborative Session 2 - Work in small groups on activities supporting RSE at Warwick

14:30 - 15:30 Coffee

15:30 - 16:30 Debrief and wrap-up

Potential activities for the collaborative sessions include: creating a directory of people at Warwick working in RSE-related roles; creating events page with event calendar; setting up (alternative to) internal Stackoverflow; setting up a webpage as "front door" to RSE activities; creating a welcome pack/presentation for new staff; setting up code review network (c.f. https://www.rse.ox.ac.uk/oxford-code-review-network/).

Ideally, people would join for the full day, but people could come and go if required. A Teams meeting will be set up for the forum and debrief, potentially people could also join small groups remotely.
