Redefining and Stress Testing Supply Chain Resilience for the New Normal

Redefining and Stress Testing Supply Chain Resilience for the New Normal

Face-to-Face Industry Workshop

30th November 2022 - 08:30 - 12:30

Venue: National Automotive Innovation Centre, The University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL

The COVID-19 pandemic, Brexit and the Ukraine conflict have exposed the fragility of globally interconnected supply chains. The manufacturing companies in the UK faced challenges, including semiconductor shortages, long lead times and shortages of critical raw materials and components. As the frequency and magnitude of the disruptions increase, supply chain managers are increasingly focused on strengthening supply chain resilience.

This workshop will bring experts from different sectors to redefine supply chain resilience and discuss the challenges, including complex supply chain interdependencies, stress testing, and measuring supply chain resilience. We will discuss learning from the organisations with the most robust supply chains in 2022 about their strategies and frameworks to improve resilience against future shocks.

You are invited to participate in this workshop to share and exchange knowledge, share best practices and common challenges, participate in research and network with the leaders and executives of some of the following partner companies on the challenges and strategies of supply chain resilience.

AstraZeneca, GSK, Syngenta, Tata Consumer Product, Hexagon, Supply Vue, Siemens, Siemens logistics, Value-chain, Renishaw, CAF, Jaguar Land Rover, Teva Pharma, DHL Supply Chain, ZOLL, Nissan, Rolls Royce, Resilinc, Pinsent Masons, Make UK, Infineon, Ceva logistics, Mars, TATA Steel, BT Group, Automotive Council, BP and Manuli group.
