Biography
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Linguistics, where I teach and conduct research on Organisational Behaviour and Change, Intercultural Communication in diverse professional contexts, Social Media Engagement and Analytics, and the Development of diagnostic tools for organisations. With a strong passion for exploring the intersections between language, culture and communication, I strive to help organisations and individuals bridge cultural gaps and effectively communicate in a globalised world.
