Dinner
The BAAP Colloquium dinner will take place at St. Mary's GuildhallLink opens in a new window. Located steps from the ruins of Coventry Cathedral, St. Mary's Guildhall was a seat of power in Coventry for centuries. Our dinner will take place in the Great Hall, constructed from 1392 over about 40 years.
The Guildhall can be reached by bus directly from the University of Warwick, taking either the 11Link opens in a new window or 12XLink opens in a new window to to the Herbert Gallery stop (ES1) in Coventry. Busses departing from the Warwick interchangeLink opens in a new window around 6:30pm should arrive in time for the beginning of the reception.
- 7-7:30pm: Welcome reception. Arrive, mingle, and enjoy a drink and canapes.
- 7:30-8pm: Group guided tour of the Guildhall's medieval Coventry TapestryLink opens in a new window.
- 8-11pm: Dinner. Three-course fixed menu.
The dinner is not included in the registration fee for the colloquium. Registration for dinner was £65 and is closed.
Registrants for dinner will be contacted to choose from one of two menus.
