Thank you for choosing to be an important part of an exciting postgraduate student conference with us this year. Here is some information you may need for your preparation and participation.
Q1. Where am I presenting?
A1. You will be allocated a room in the Ramphal Building on the Central campus, a minute walk from the No. 12 bus stop operated by Travel West Midlands. Click here to see how the building and rooms look like.
Q2. When am I presenting?
A2. You can find out about our schedule on the Conference Programme which is downloadable from the Programme page.
Q3. What can I use?
A3. Each room is equipped with a data projector and computer with Microsoft Office 2007. If you wish to use your own computer for your presentation, please note that the University equipment is not fully compatible with Apple Macs. Should you require any other equipment, kindly contact us in advance and we shall do our best to accommodate you.
Q4. How much time have I got?
A4. Each session will last 20 minutes, inclusive of discussion.
Q5. Have I got to register?
A5. Yes, please do not forget to register online by Friday 12th June, since all attendees including presenters will need to provide us information for registration. And please note that we do not charge any fee for registration.
