Travel and Accommodation

Warwick University is located on a large campus on the leafy outskirts of the city of Coventry, about 30 minutes away from Birmingham International Airport.

Coventry is currently the UK's 'City of Culture'. Although this festival ends in May 2022, we are excited to give delegates the opportunity to experience cultural activities in the city as well as the neighbouring city of Birmingham, host of the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Delegates may also want to visit the nearby town of Stratford-upon-Avon, home of the famous Royal Shakespeare Company.

Where possible, we are encouraging all delegates to stay on campus and there are a range of accommodation options located across the Warwick Campus, operated by both Warwick Conferences and Warwick Accommodation. We have a number of rooms already reserved for conference attendees at both the Radcliff and Scarman conference centres, and in Bluebell Halls of Residence student accommodation.

More details about booking accommodation on campus and elsewhere will follow in January 2022.

Location and Transport Links

Campus Amenities

The University campus benefits from a village environment, where delegates will find banks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and, of course, Warwick Arts Centre.
