Personal Tutor and Senior Tutor

Every Warwick student is allocated a personal tutor, who will be a member of academic staff from the Department of Education Studies. Your personal tutor is an important source of help to you as they will offer you academic support and also signpost you to University support services and opportunities. You will find out who your personal tutor is in Week 3 of term, and they will invite you to a meeting with them shortly after.

Each Department also has a Senior Tutor who provides support to personal tutors, and also additional support to students if needed. We will share the contact details of the Education Studies Senior Tutor with you shortly.

Wellbeing Services

The University Wellbeing and Student Support Services offers so much to students. There are lots of self-help resources to help with anything from managing change to meeting new people to managing your mental health, they offer a fantastic Steps to Wellbeing Programme, as well as counselling and psychotherapy services.

Disability Services

Disability Services provides personalised support to students, including screenings and assessments, accommodation needs, tools and study support, and reasonable adjustments to ensure that all students have equal access to education. All new students with disabilities are encouraged to meet with a Disability Adviser as soon as possible in Term 1.
