A Family of Schools training day will be held in September 2008. Events during this training day will include:

• A presentation by David Wray on current thinking in language and literacy development.
• Presentations/workshops led by members of the working groups, introducing their work and suggesting ways in which the Family might build upon it.

   

Further development

There will probably need to be a Phase 4 in the project, as senior staff in the Family of Schools develop action plans for sustaining the development begun during previous phases.

A report on the effectiveness of the action research process used will be written and disseminated through the usual academic channels.
