Professional and Teaching Expertise

Emily began her teaching career working in schools in Sandwell before moving to the Centre for Teacher Education where she now leads on early years and primary recruitment and alumni support as well as coordinating the Whole Curriculum Studies module. She personally teaches on the Professional Enquiry and Professional Practice modules as well as teaching history, geography and computing.

Emily is also a personal tutor, as well as a moderation tutor, visiting local schools and supporting both trainees on placement and their mentors.
