Final PGCE Day - ‘Reflections, Celebrations and Next Steps’
During the day, you will have the opportunity to:
- Reflect on your PGCE successes and ongoing professional development.
- Celebrate your achievements.
- Consider your next steps as you enter your ECT years.
Throughout the day you will be attending interactive workshops which will enable you to:
- examine the day-to-day life of an ECT
- consider strategies to manage your ECT workload
- explore future career opportunities, such as school leadership, DSL, subject lead etc..
- hear from national organisations such as the Chartered College and Education Support
- Complete your Career Entry Development Profile
The day will conclude with the Warwick Awards, followed by ongoing celebrations!
