Due to significant demand there is is currently a two week processing time. You do not need to submit this form multiple times. We will process forms in the order we receive them.

* The recognition of existing mentoring qualifications and prior experience is an important element of our curriculum. If you have self-declared as an experienced mentor, please write a brief statement in the text box below outlining your mentoring qualifications and/or experiences to date, and upload relevant evidence in the attachment field below such as: ECF mentor training, NASBTT mentor modules, NPQ – Leading Teacher Development.

Thank you for agreeing to be a mentor for the Centre for Teacher Education.  The purpose of this form is to register you as a mentor and to give you access to Moodle where your mentor training record will be stored.  Any data collected in this form will only be used for these purposes.
