The Ann Barnes Prize - Nominations

Nominations for The Ann Barnes Memorial Prize may be made by university tutors, school mentors, class teachers or subject mentors, each of whom will comment on the appropriate criteria denoted on the nomination form.

 
• NB: It is important that you show in detail how the trainee has met one or more of the criteria listed below, as this is the information which will be used in order to create a shortlist. Please continue overleaf if necessary. • We would expect that any nominee has demonstrated the potential to be an exceptional grade 1 trainee by the end of the course.
