You must have been awarded your degree by the course start date (if your graduation ceremony is later than this, we require a letter from your university confirming the award of degree).

It is you responsibility to provide any and all required police checks noted in your offer.

All supporting documentation which is not provided in English must be officially translated and translations provided

Placement

If you are an iQTS applicant: Any offer recommendation will be conditional of the provision of a completed School Partnership Agreement.
If we do not receive this in advance of the programme start date you will not be able to take your place on the PGCE iQTS programme this year.

If you are a PGCEi or PGCE iQTS applicant and have opted for the face to face assessment route: The University of Warwick will only visit countries that the UK Government advise are safe to travel to.

If for some reason the country in which you are based becomes unsafe for one of our members of staff to visit you will need to either:

  1. Obtain an alternative placement
  2. Complete the assessment visit online

If you are a PGCEi or PGCE iQTS applicant and have opted for the online assessment route: A member of our teaching team must be permitted to access your teaching either via a live stream of one of your lessons, or via a secure portal to which you will upload videos of your lesson.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your placement school will support you in either of these cases.
