Office 365

Office 365 is a suite of apps from Microsoft that you can use on any device. It includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive (on a PC), Publisher and Access. The apps are available for desktops and online and for Windows devices, Mac, iPad, iPhone and Android. Store all of your work in OneDrive and access what you need, when you need it.

Offering online and/or in person meetings

To allow students to choose between online and f2f meetings you will need to set-up two services and under its settings click on the slider option as per below:

Creating specific availability on certain weeks

Under your Bookings Page complete your availability in Default Scheduling Policy ensuring you select Custom Hours in the drop-down menu.

You must then edit your service accordingly:
