Monitoring Points

This page explains how Monitoring Points work in the Department of Economics and what they mean for your progress whilst studying with us.

As part of your studies, you are required to engage with thirteen monitoring points each academic year. These points ensure that you are keeping on track with your course and receiving the support you need. Missing three or more monitoring points can have serious consequences (see Section 2.6.1). The specific monitoring points vary by course and year of study, as outlined below.
