Dissertation submission request
This form is to request permission to submit your dissertation, despite the departments recommendation that you delay this to the next submission period because of the high number of resits that you have.
Before filling in this form please make sure that you have an email from your dissertation supervisor and personal academic tutor. You will not be able to submit the form without this.
