Split Reassessment
This form will enable us to apply to the University to split your reassessments / deferrals between different exam periods.
We can only request changes to exam periods that have been recommended by the Exam Board. We cannot make any other changes.
The deadline to complete this form is ####
If you do not complete this form by the deadline you will be entered for all reassessment / deferrals in the next available exam period. We will not be able to make changes after the deadline date.
If you choose to take all of your reassessments / deferred exams in the next exam period, you will not be able to submit mitigation based on high workload.
