PhD Students Summer Vacation

Going Away? - If you are going to be away from the Department for a period of three weeks or longer, please complete the form below with the details so that we are aware of this. This will help us with any plans for office moves over the summer vacation period, give us an idea of activity within the Department and for general duty of care to our students.

Monitoring Points - monitoring points will continue throughout the summer vacation period. All PhD students should continue to meet monthly with their supervisors and record monitoring point meetings in Tabula.

Student Visa Holders - if you plan to change your study location from the University campus for a period of three months or over, you must complete this form, providing a full address of where you will be during this period and providing a return date. The Department is obliged to complete a Change of Study LocationLink opens in a new window that is reported to Student Records and the UKVI. If this applies to you, please also send a quick email to the Programme Officer on N.S.Deven@warwick.ac.uk to highlight that you have completed the form to ensure action is taken.
