Thank you for registering for Question Time 2018. This is a final reminder of the joining instructions which you will need in order to access the event:

Question Time will take place on Monday 1st October, at 6.15pm in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre. The event will start promptly at 6.15pm with doors opening at 5.45pm and closing at 6.10pm, so please arrive in good time

Please remember that you will only gain entry into the Butterworth Hall with a Question Time event ticket. Instructions and how to obtain a ticket are as follows:

First Year Students

• If you are a new Economics or PPE Undergraduate and Economics MSc or MRes/PhD student: you will find a ticket in your UG welcome pack which you will receive at departmental induction.
• If you are a new Undergraduate of Politics and International Studies (PaIS) student: you will be given your ticket at your welcome meeting on Monday 1st October.
  
• If you are a current Economics student : you should collect your ticket from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 1st October.

Y2 and Y3 Students

• If you are a PPE student : you should collect your ticket from Claire Watters in Room S1.63, Social Sciences Building or from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 1st October.
• If you are a PAIS student : you should collect your ticket from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 1st October.

Economics Staff

• If you are a member of Economics staff or a PhD student : you should collect your ticket from Charlotte White, Teo Nistor or Maz Meharban in S0.86 and S0.85 in the Economics Department.

Other Staff

• Any staff and students who are external to Economics: should collect their ticket from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 1st October.
• The QT helpdesk will remain open between 3.30-5.45pm , however we do recommend you come to get your tickets early, if at all possible.

Lost Tickets

• If you lose your ticket, please go to the QT Help Desk or visit Charlotte White or Teo Nistor (S0.86, Social Sciences Building) in the Economics department to get a replacement.

Please be aware that this event will be recorded and streamed live onto the Piazza.

EXCHANGE YOUR TICKET FOR A FREE DRINK AFTER THE EVENT
Your ticket entitles you to ONE drink at the Question Time Drinks Reception, in the Warwick Art Centre foyer following Question Time from 7.30pm. Hand your ticket to a member of Warwick Conferences Bar Staff at the Drinks Reception in order to redeem a beer, wine or soft drink.
