Chávez's legacy may yet be felt

In an article in The Scotsman, Robert Skidelsky proposes that Chávezism may prove to be a significant phenomenon far beyond its homeland and suggests that the rise of China, boom in commodity prices and the recent financial crisis have created space for economic experimentation.
