A second year undergraduate has been selected for an 11 week internship in the Ernst & Young Global Student Experience Program.

Nabila Kauser, who is studying Economics BSc, was selected for the program after securing a summer internship with Ernst & Young (EY) last September. She was chosen after a tough application process which involved an online application, a presentation in front of the firm's partner and finally an interview.

The 11-week internship will see Nabila flying to New York to undertake training and spending three weeks working at EY Denver in Colorado USA. After this she will be attending a one week International Intern Leadership Conference in Disneyland Florida before finally returning to London to complete the rest of the internship at EY’s London office.

About the program, Nabila said:

I see this as a fantastic opportunity where I will be getting exposure to the corporate world of two different continents and also learning from today's business leaders at the conference.

I couldn't have asked for a better career launch.

The Department would like to congratulate Nabila on her achievement and wish her success in the program.
