Advice for Future Applicants
How did you navigate the application process, and what would you recommend others do?
My primary advice to future applicants is to crystalize your core motivation: understand precisely how this program serves as a bridge between your past experience and your future impact. To achieve this, I recommend the following:
- Articulate your purpose: Clearly define why you need to learn about advanced economic theory. Admissions panels value candidates who can articulate how academic rigor will elevate their professional capabilities and address real-world challenges.
- Stay curious: Cultivate a keen interest in global economic topics and share with the admission panels why they intrigue you.
- Plan your contribution: Think about ways you can contribute back to the wider community upon graduation—whether by sharing your expertise, mentoring future scholars, or applying your economic insights to drive positive change.
