The booking system usually works smoothly and has been used successfully by many students.

However, a small number of students have experienced issues when trying to confirm a booking. This may happen if someone else books the same time slot at the same moment, or if your Microsoft account is set to a different time zone, which can create a conflict. In some cases, your browser's cookies may also interfere with the process.

If you encounter any problems, I recommend trying the following steps:
Use a private browsing window (such as Incognito mode) and choose the option to book as a guest rather than signing in with your Microsoft account. Booking from your phone may also help.

Please note that bookings can usually only be made up to one week in advance.
