Rachael is responsible for providing advice and guidance on a full range of HR matters to all Departmental employees and supporting the Department’s aims and objectives through effective HR processes.

Her duties include providing advice, guidance and support to employees on such things as employment legislation and best practice, University policy and process, pay issues, and signposting employees to central services for additional support on matters such as pensions, occupational health, learning and development
