Talk by Kanbar Hossein-Bor: “ICC referrals by the UNSC – questions of law, policy and fact”.
Kanbar Hossein-Bor is a former student of the School of Law. He is currently Legal Adviser, Head of International Law Team– British Embassy in The Hague, so it will also be an opportunity to find out about his career trajectory.
Mr. Hossein-Bor has advised on and has had experience in the following areas: counter-terrorism, human rights, international criminal law, treaty law, UN Human Rights Council, OSCE, international humanitarian law, European Union Law, Protocol, and international organisations. Was formerly posted to the British Embassy Baghdad, where he was Head of the Rule of Law team.
