GLOBE Case Notes
This new series of events by the GLOBE Centre is aimed at discussing decisions in landmark legal cases and other cases of interest to the GLOBE Centre community. This session will be focused on Okpabi and others v Royal Dutch Shell Plc and Another (2021). The session will be led by GLOBE Centre Co-Director, Dr Stephen Connelly.
