How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

GLOBE / CHRP - The IEL Collective Inaugural Conference
Scarman House

Runs from Wednesday, November 06 to Thursday, November 07.

The IEL Collective was launched to provide a space for critical reflection on these complex interactions in the growing field of international economic law. It aims to explore how epistemological and methodological diversity in the discipline can contribute towards the development of a more holistic landscape of scholarship on law and the governance of the global economy. It aims to stimulate conversations about plurality, representation and criticality in researching, teaching and practising international economic law and spark new conversations about the future of the discipline.

Celine Tan, Director of the GLOBE Centre, and one of the founding partners of The IEL Collective told us, “‘Warwick Law School through our two research centres, the Centre for Law, Regulation and Governance (GLOBE) and the Centre for Human Rights in Practice (CHRP) are excited about the launch of this initiative and pleased to be hosting the inaugural conference.

“We are looking forward to contributing towards the development of a new trajectory in the scholarship, teaching and practice of international economic law and welcoming everyone here for the conference. Warwick Law School has always placed ‘law in context’ at the heart of our teaching, learning and research culture and this initiative and conference brings our institutional commitment to this approach to the understanding of law and its relationship to the global economy and society.”
