Thea Baloch wins National Law Student Triathlon

Law 3 Year LLB student Thea Baloch was named joint winner at the 5th Annual National Law Student Triathlon held in Kent last month.

The event brought together many talented future legal professionals from Universities across the UK. It saw competitors complete a client interview, a magistrates court hearing and an appeal hearing. Four of the finalists were then selected to take part in a grand final and were asked to perform an unseen bail application.

Thea told us:

“After a lot of hard work and dedication, I am very pleased to have won this year’s National Law Student Triathlon at Kent! It was an amazing experience which I would encourage any student to take part in if they can. I gained so much knowledge and experience over the weekend and met many inspiring individuals who shared their wisdom with me. I am incredibly grateful for the Law School's support in making this opportunity available and to Kent Law School for all their hard work in making the competition so special."

Congratulations Thea on this fantastic achievement. The Law School is immensely proud of you.
