Cancellations – 20% of the fee. Non-arrival at the event 100% of the fee. Another person may be substituted from the same institution/organisation as long as the details of the substitute are received in writing. All bookings will be acknowledged by e-mail - if you do not receive confirmation of receipt within three working days contact Margaret Parker (email m.k.parker@warwick.ac.uk). Joining instructions will be sent by e-mail nearer the date of the event.
