Abstract: Margot Lindsay, Managing Associate at Linklaters has been involved in some of the City’s largest corporate transactions, including the GSK-Novartis asset swap. Drawing on those experiences, she will provide her perspective on the key factors required to ‘conquer’ a cross-border M&A transaction.
