Dr Alex Powell publishes new book on refugee law and LGBTIQA+ people
In late 2025, CCC member Dr Alex Powell, published his first monograph "Queering UK Refugee Law: Sexual Diversity and Asylum AdministrationLink opens in a new window". The book is published by Bristol University Press and is a part of the Law, Society, Policy series.
Dr Mara Malagodi's co-edited book nominated for book prize
CCC co-director Dr Mara Malagodi's co-edited book "Asian Comparative Constitutional Law - Volume 3: Constitutional StructureLink opens in a new window" has been nominated for the 2025 Book of the Year prize by the International Forum on the Future of Constitutionalism.
