CCC hosts seminar on new research by Prof Michael Pal on fourth branch constitutionalism
On 5 November 2025, the CCC hosted an excellent seminar on important new research by Professor Michael Pal (Ottawa) dealing with Fourth Branch Constitutionalism.
Professor Tarun Khaitan (LSE) and Dr Ming-Sung Kuo (Warwick) provided thought-provoking responses, with CCC co-director Dr Mara Malagodi chairing the event.
