#DesignTheLawNepal has UK launch in the House of Lords

On 20 November 2025, CCC co-director, Dr Mara Malagodi, co-organised the UK launch of her joint project DesignTheLawNepalLink opens in a new window in Committee Room G of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament under the aegis of Baroness Elizabeth Butler-Sloss — iProbono’s patron.

#DesignTheLawNepal aims to create a space for all Nepali citizens to understand their sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR). Using both accessible language and engaging explainers, the project's Legal Design Toolkit exploits the power of visual communication methods to help stakeholders and service users activate these rights on the ground.
