Rebecca Omonira joins the team as writer in residence for Lacuna, the Centre for Human Rights in Practice's exciting new magazine
Orwell Prize nominated writer Rebecca Omonira-Oyekanmi has joined the Lacuna team as a feature writer. Rebecca, who has previously written for the Guardian, is a freelance journalist with a special interest in social justice and immigration. Read more of Rebecca’s work here.
Lacuna is the exciting new online magazine being launched by the Centre for Human Rights in Practice in early 2014. It aims to challenge indifference to injustice.

Andrew Williams speaks at Warwick Words Festival
On the 4th October, Andrew Williams spoke at the Warwick Words festival, a festival of the written and spoken word in the historic town of Warwick. He spoke about the writing of his Orwell prize-winning book "A Very British Killing" and the public and political reckoning for the Iraq War that continues to make the headlines.
