I am a second-year PhD candidate in Law at Warwick Law School.
My research focuses on the legal implications of incorporating AI into corporate governance, with a particular interest in how these developments reshape disclosure practices and regulatory frameworks in the UK and China.
Before beginning my doctoral studies, I completed an LLM in International Commercial Law at Warwick (with Distinction) and an LLB at Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China.
My broader research interests include corporate governance, law and economics, AI regulation, and comparative company law.
