Module Pre-Registration: Visiting Students

This form is for Visiting Students (from our international partner universities) to enter their module choices for 2025/26

The first deadline for module pre-registration for visiting students is Friday 30 May. If your place at Warwick is confirmed after 30 May, please fill in the form as soon as possible, but some modules may have already run out of places.

You can resubmit the form up until the deadline, at which point the latest version will be used to allocate your modules.

How many choices to enter

Check the number of optional modules you need to take per term, for most visiting students this is 60 CATS (30 ECTS) or 4 modules:

  • 0 CATS = 0 optional modules
  • 15 CATS = 1 optional module
  • 30 CATS = 2 optional modules
  • 45 CATS = 3 optional modules
  • 60 CATS = 4 optional modules

Module selection

Please select the number of modules you wish to take in each term and rank them in order of preference from 1 to 6. Be sure to include additional modules as backup options should a higher ranked module be unavailable.

Please note students are not permitted to take modules where any teaching (lectures, seminars or workshops) clash with other modules.

NB 30 CATS modules run across the full year, so should be included in your totals for terms 1 and 2.

You do not need to include core modules, you will be automatically registered for these modules.
