Profile

I am a Monash-Warwick Associate and recipient of the Monash-Warwick Alliance Scholarship, pursuing a joint PhD in International Relations. I hold an MSc in International Relations from the University of Glasgow and an MA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.

Prior to joining PAIS, I worked as a Research Consultant for EKOS, an economic and social research consultancy based in Glasgow. During my PhD, I have also worked as an Early Career Researcher at UK in a Changing Europe, a leading UK-based think tank.

My analysis has been featured across various platforms, including interviews on Australian radio and television, such as ABC and Sky News, and published commentary in outlets such as Australian Outlook and The Conversation.

Research

Focusing on the political and strategic drivers of Britain’s so-called “tilt,” I pay particular attention to the UK-Australia relationship. I situate this within an Anglospheric geopolitical imaginary, referring to a vision developed by pro-Brexit sections of the British establishment during the first two decades of the 21st century.
